Brooklyn Landmark Elementary School

During this unit college bound scholars will be practicing programming our Dash robots using algorithms and sequences (patterns and sequences for grades PK through 1st).

Sequences are related events, commands or things that happen in a specific order. 

An algorithm is a sequence of commands that tell a computer or robot what to do, how to do it, and when to do it.

Using the Blocky app, scholars will be creating algorithms to command our Dash robots to perform specific tasks in a particular order.  

Robotics is an area of technology that is quickly becoming more prevalent in the world and BLES intends to prepare our scholars for a career in advanced technology and robotics.
